Cindy has been doing hair since 1996 (28 years) and spent five years as a Cosmetology Teacher in Alberta. Her specialties include curly hair, cutting long-lasting wash and wear styles, reading and understanding each individual’s hair and sculpting it uniquely for you. Cindy specialises in curly hair and long hair, modern shags and awesome fringes and face framing styles. Helping you to love your hair and feel beautiful is what she loves to do.
Cindy is also a passionate artist and painter, inspired by nature, who loves sacred geometry, chakras and bees. Recently in December 2021 she published her debut children’s book called The Gathering of The Ones which can be viewed at www.cindyfoleyartist.ca

Prices vary from $75/hr-$150hr depending on the stylist and service complexity.
Her cutting style is heavily influenced by training acquired at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Toronto and 15 years behind the chair as a busy stylist in Vancouver’s Kitsilano.
From precision bobs to textured shags to lengthy layers, Brie is known for her detailed cuts and curly cutting and styling. She loves to teach clients her fool-proof techniques for styling their curls at home with bounce and shine. When it comes to colour, Brie loves using balayage and baby-light techniques to lighten and brighten, as well as adding depth and dimension to bring out a client’s skin tone.
Brie moved to Cumberland from Vancouver in 2019 to start her family and is loving island life. When not behind the chair, she can be found toddling around the village with her 3-year-old, exploring beaches and trails throughout the Comox Valley, practicing yoga, crafting and knitting.

With a deep passion for colour and creating stylish, playful haircuts to match, Angela has honed her skills through years of experience in Kelowna and Calgary, working in salons and behind the scenes at runway shows. Now, her island roots have called her back home, and she’s thrilled to have recently settled in Cumberland. Angela warmly invites you to meet her and explore how she can bring your hair goals to life. She also loves working with short hairstyles for seniors, men’s cuts, and is especially skilled in creating beautiful blondes. Angela has a special fondness for crafting textured shags and personalized styles that bring out her clients’ unique personalities. She is passionate about helping seniors look and feel their best and is offering $5 off her services for seniors.

As an Integrated Energy Therapist, Holistic Nutritionist, Sound Healer, and owner of Glow Holistics, her sessions are part hair, part self-care, and a whole lot of alchemy. She loves creating space for meaningful conversation, inner insight, and releasing what feels heavy — head, heart, and soul.
After years of leading healing sessions and circles, Courtney has resurrected her scissors to include Healing Haircuts — cuts with intention. She believes it’s no coincidence we’re drawn to change our hair during times of transition, because inner transformation begets outer transformation. Changing your home, thoughts, or appearance is an act of alchemy (timeline shifting, anyone?). Healing Haircuts help you get clear, release what’s passed, and emerge lighter, brighter, and more aligned. She also offers a no-haircut healing option for when your locks don’t need a refresh but your energy does.
